LC of KL West is one club that carries out long-term projects. They have applied for, and have been given a tax exemption. Tax exemption is an invaluable asset when approaching sponsors. In recognition of the excellent work done, I presented Certificates of Appreciation to Tsen Tsat Moi, the President of LC KL West, and Van Choong Yow Choy, the DC for Sightfirst Van Choong Yow Choy during my club visit.
