Lions Club of Ipoh City - Installing Lion Cecilia Loke as Club President

On 10/8/1997, I recalled a memorable evening when I attended the installation meeting of LC Ipoh City. I had the privilege of inducting a potential leader Ms. M.Y.Lim into Lionism. Another highlight was the installation of Lion Cecilia Loke as President and her BOD. The event was held at the Syuen Hotel, Ipoh. Many Lions Clubs from nearby regions were represented and they congratulated the incoming officers.
