Several new clubs were being formed during my fiscal year and I made it a point to lend my support by attending the installation ceremonies. One of my main goals was to ensure more clubs are formed and the members are motivated to contribute to the needy and less fortunate. One such new club was the LC of Bukit Gembira in Muar.
On 14th December, I flew to Muar to attend the auspicious occasion and flew back the next morning. The new members were all impeccably dressed in suits and ties. I congratulated Charter President Tee Sing Sam and his Board of Directors. Vice District Governor Chee Boon Leong from Johor gave a helping hand in the formation of this club.
